AIM 2000 will be the first Anugerah Industri Muzik of the new millennium, and as such, will be one of the main highlights of ASTRO's programming this year,? announced ASTRO RIA?s Publicity & Promotions Manager, Hanim Hassan at the AIM 2000 Media Conference held at Concorde Hotel on 23rd February.

ASTRO has lined up a series of exciting programming leading up to the awards night (check out the details below).

ERA@RIA	15th March	Special highlights on the nominees. Opportunity to win tickets to attend the ?LIVE? studio recording of pre-AIM concert performances by the nominees. These recorded concerts will be broadcast on ASTRO RIA throughout the month of April.
	29th March	An exclusive one-hour episode featuring the history and development of AIM through the years. Opportunity to win exclusive VIP tickets to watch AIM 2000 ?LIVE? at the PWTC.
	5th April	Review of the final nominees.
BEAT TV	To be announced	An exclusive scoop on the preparations of Fashion Scoop? the finalists. Find out who?s wearing what on the night of AIM 2000.

As the main sponsor and broadcaster, ASTRO is once again providing their support to the Recording Industry Association of Malaysia (RIM) in the production of this event. The AIM 2000 will be broadcast 'LIVE' on ASTRO RIA as well as ERA FM, on 15th April, at 8:30 p.m.
